These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text message communications sent by BMG Services, LLC d/b/a CreditSoup (“CreditSoup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). CreditSoup provides a free online service that helps consumers evaluate and discover credit card and loan offers based on their financial profile. We are not a lender, loan broker, or a credit service organization, and we do not make credit decisions.
By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive text messages from CreditSoup in accordance with these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
CreditSoup may send text messages related to:
- Personalized credit card and loan recommendations
- Eligibility notifications
- Refreshed offer alerts
- Application reminders
- Promotional and marketing messages
- Service updates
Some messages may relate to updated eligibility evaluations that as authorized under your consent to obtain credit information described in our Privacy Policy.
Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Your consent to receive text messages:
- Is not required to use our services.
- Applies only to CreditSoup and not to independent third-party lenders unless you separately provide consent to them.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with CreditSoup and your preferences. You may receive multiple messages per month.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. CreditSoup does not charge a fee to receive text messages.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying:
STOP
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from CreditSoup unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS messages does not:
- Revoke authorization to obtain credit information previously granted.
- Opt you out of email communications.
- Affect your ability to use the Site.
6. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and the authorized user of the mobile number provided.
7. Privacy
Your mobile number will be used only for the purposes described above. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

8. Carriers
Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Changes to SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes relating to SMS communications are subject to the Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver contained in our Terms of Use.
